Treasure Island Child Care Centre

I never write reviews, but this one is a must. My child recently joined this center and the very next day we received a call from the centre that the educator in kindy room doubts my child to have a hand foot and mouth just by seeing a boil in one of his finger with no fever, running nose or any other symptoms. She asked us to come over immediately and collect the child and take him to doctor, also to get certificate that he is fit. The next day they didn't allowed us to enter stating that in the medical certificate it's not clear mention of the disease and asked us to get back and correct it and then only they will allow my child to enter( when we have already taken out our time to get him checked by the doctor with a medical certificate). We called the doctor and he told that it is against Australian policy to disclose privacy of any disease name in medical certificate.If the educator isn't a medical professional, who on the earth has given her right to doubt on my child without any substantial evidence. I won't recommend this place to anyone.Also sharing a pic of my child's boil mark on figure, which is today already flat and sorted.

I have been using treasure island for 8 years, and continuing to use. I wouldnt take my chidren anywhere else I am very impressed with the outdoor indoor environment the staff are amazing and the centre manager is very aprochable and helpfull highly recomend

Easily the best child care centre I've ever come across, and thats 12 years and 4 children worth of experience talking.The staff are fantastic, interactive and very educational. Grounds are excellent too. Natural environment for the kids to enjoy.

Have called twice and left messages with reception and answering machine requesting a called back to discuss possible enrolment of my child and have heard nothing.Pathetic unprofessional service.

Great staff, great centre.

My 2.5yo daughter loves going to this child care. They have good child development program. My daughter, once very shy, has gained so much self-confidence in herself now. The centre is also very health conscious and always clean. My daughter rarely get sick from the centre.

The staff are amazing - caring, supportive and nurturing. The food is brilliant - varied and nutritious. The fees are reasonable too.
