Stirling Child Care Centre

We cannot recommend Stirling Child Care Centre enough!Our little boy has been here since he was 1y.o. He is now 4 and in kindy but still comes for school holidays.Connie and her staff have always been very accommodating and flexible allowing swapping of days and fitting us in when we need help with our busy work schedules.Most of his little friends have also been at the centre since the same age and we are all so very happy with everything. He has formed some great relationships with friends there and the educators. Most of the educators have almost brought him up" and we can see the love and care they have for our little boy. The warmth and smiles and cuddles from when we first drop him off until we pick him up

My granddaughter has been attending Stirling Childcare Centre for the past 4 months. We always get a warm welcome as soon as we walk through the door in the morning. The staff are very professional, kind and caring - and help to make little Sophia settled and happy as quickly as possible on arrival. The centre is beautiful inside and outside, and the food always looks delicious . I love that when I pick her up, I can see her before she sees me, and I can see her enjoying an activity or sing-a-long. The staff go above and beyond everyday. Thank you to Connie the coordinator - who is always friendly and goes out of her way to help in whatever capacity she can. Thank you to Trish as well, one of the senior managers at Acacia Hill whose experience and knowledge shines through when you talk to her. Just can't say enough how much we appreciate you all at Stirling Child Care - thank you.

My 2 children have now been at Stirling Childcare centre and we couldn't be happier! The centre is well maintained and the staff are so attentive and caring, as a working mum this makes me feel at ease when I drop my kids off knowing that they are well looked after. I couldn't rate Stirling Childcare centre high enough and have recommended it to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for taking such great care of my children!

My 2 children attend this day care. My oldest (4) has just started Kindy at a school but still comes here once a week. He’s attended the Centre since he was 6 months old.My youngest (2) has been coming since he was as young as 3 months old as I had to have a medical procedure and the centre kindly helped us out during the really difficult period (as we have no family in Australia)I can not recommend this Centre enough.The staff are so extremely helpful in every way possible.If I ever have a special request or issue for either of my children they go above and beyond to make me feel supported.I’ve recommended friends and neighbours to the Centre and we often talk about how lovely it is to send our kids here.I think all of the staff are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.Can’t recommend the Centre enough so I give it a very deserving 5 stars.

My son was looked after for many years by the great team of educators at Stirling Accacio. He loved his time at daycare and we are delighted with his development since attending. We still send him there on kindy holidays. Highly recommended!

The staff at Stirling Childcare Centre are amazing. I could not ask for a better team. They show true dedication for the children and actually love what they do. Your children are in great hands here.

Acacia Child Care Center is a great facility that offers outstanding care and education for our little man.The center is well-equipped with a wide range of toys, games, and learning materials. The classrooms are bright and spacious and the outdoor play areas are well maintained and offer plenty of opportunities for children to run, jump, climb, and explore.The educators are fantastic, they take the time to get to know each child and their family and make the experience an inclusive one for all.Overall, I highly recommend Acacia Hill to any parent looking for a high-quality early childhood education program. The staff, facilities, and curriculum are truly exceptional.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS CENTRE.We were unfortunate enough to have had to send our son here. Worst decision we have made. I spent a long time contemplating whether to write this review. But given the large number and severity of the concerns i had, i thought it would be best if i did leave a review.Below is all based on my personal experience and summarises my honest opinion of my experience at this centre.My opinions/ personal reasons are as follows:1) UNHYGENIC: This centre is extremely unhygienic. I had issues regarding hygiene, which I raised with Connie (Centre Manager). She promised me it would be taken care of. But that was a lie because their unhygienic practices repeated twice following my complaints and following false promises from Connie that she had taken care of it. There was always a new excuse as to why she wasn't able to solve these trivial but important hygiene issues.2) RUDE STAFF: With the exception of a couple of staff, the rest were extremely incompetent or rude. Every morning when I went to drop off my son, the teachers couldn't care less if I was there or not. Not even a simple smile or a good morning. In the evening, I wouldn't get even a simple debrief. Quanita was by far the worst. She was a bully. Extremely grumpy and would yell at kids for no reason (I happened to overhear her yelling at a child just because the child was looking at a fish in the aquarium). Even when I asked her how my sons day was, she would just say fine" and walk away. I raised this with Connie

My son has been in Acacia Hill for 2 years now since he was 7 months old and we love everyone there. Connie and the team are so lovely with our son, they always go above their responsibility and try their best to accommodate our needs. Thank you Connie and the amazing educators, the management team, Anita the cook for doing amazing work :)
