We've been at the Centre for over 2 years now. Progressing through all the rooms except the baby area and I cannot give this Centre enough praise. All the educators & front office staff are amazing, the facilities are clean and modern. If your reading this as your thinking of enrolling, I have NO hesitation in recommending The Family Tree .

I have an unpleasant experience here. Maybe it was good few years ago. I have been living in this suburb for years, but I have never been The Family Tree.Recently, I am looking for childcare centres for my child. Google reviews say that this pre-kindy is good. That’s why I make an appointment for a visit. However, they are under staffed and not organised. When I come to the centre, literally teaching staff just ignores me. Finally, a lady from kitchen walks passed and helps me to get someone for me. Personally, I feel they are not friendly.
